1Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AlphascriptAi ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of this website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). AlphascriptAi operates as a sole proprietorship.

You agree that by accessing the Site, engaging our software services, or participating in our internship/training programs, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

For custom software and AI solutions developed for clients, intellectual property transfer and licensing will be governed by the specific separate master service agreements (MSAs) or contracts signed between the client and AlphascriptAi.

3Internships and Educational Programs

AlphascriptAi offers internships and training. Participation in these programs is at the sole discretion of AlphascriptAi. Selection for an internship does not guarantee future employment. Educational projects built during these programs remain the intellectual property of the respective students unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4User Representations

By using the Site or our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and application information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or services.

6Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

7Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
